      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered an upgrade on the 3rd of November, I had a confirmation email with a xko number but it states the tracking timed out and will not let me search for an update&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just want to know if somethings wrong or when will my phone come ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
