If you are on contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app.

@HollowayRoad : Live Chat is only available to those on pay monthly mobile contracts, not PAYG.

Welcome to the community.

If you have a pay monthly mobile contract, you can access chat in the EE app.

Once you are logged in, head to the Help section then Message Us.

If you have a broadband or pay as you go account, you'd need to call us if you need to speak to our customer service guides.

It may also be worth checking your postcode on our Network Status Checker to see if we're aware of any maintenance works in your area.

Hello,

I’m having trouble receiving text messages (SMS) from my bank in Poland – Santander Polska. These are one-time verification codes sent from short numbers (shortcodes).

Can you please check if SMS from international or short numbers are being blocked on my line?

I need to receive these messages to activate my banking app.
