Upgraded to iphone 15 recently and during the set up of the phone it required a software update to ios18. Preparing the update takes a good half an hour but then when the update is ready and I click to install the phone crashes. I’ve left it ages to see if anything happens, even over night but it stays with the same screen. I’ve restarted the set up several times and turned it on and off again but still the same thing happens. Help!
