      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can safely say I have spent 10 days on endless hour long and longer phone calls with EE. To fix my Now tv and also phone (as I accepted their offer of SIM card!) I feel fragile and tearful still as issues still unresolved. Tonight I even had guide called Olivia suggest I call now tv myself to sort problem. When I said it was up to them to sort she was quite cheeky! Didn’t know what she was talking about which I learned later when I called yet again for help! &amp;nbsp;And did get some sympathetic guides (Shannon and Paul) trying their best to sort the problem. I’m at point of cancelling whole thing!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
