topic Eligibility for extended warranty in Apple Devices

I'm planning to upgrade to an iPhone 16 Pro, on an Essentials 25GB FlexPay plan. I'm trying to work out if this is covered by the EE extended warranty for the life of the plan. The product page refers to Device Care Extras, including Minute One and the extended warranty but, in my shopping basket, I can only see Minute One included, with no reference to the extended warranty. The Device Care Extras Ts&Cs just refers to this being available on selected plans, but I can see no information about whether the one I intended to purchase is covered. Can anyone help? Many thanks

Hi @AdrianB24,

Welcome to the EE Community

With the launch of our new plans, any device plan from 29th August 2024 taken direct with us would have Device Care Extras included. So that means you get the Extended Warranty for that device until you leave or upgrade your plan.

You also get a free Minute One bundle included as standard, and a premium Minute One bundle when taking any level of insurance with us.

So yes the iPhone 16 Pro you are looking at will come with the Device Care Extras on any plan.

Alex
