You open the watch app and select setup cellular. Are you contract customer for your iPhone ? You can not setup a cellular watch tariff if your a PAYG customer you need to be on contract that includes a sim only contract.

@水晶cc That message would suggest the plan you are trying to setup the watch with is not a compatible plan. Are you on a pay monthly phone contract or SIM only contract? Or is your number on Pay as you go?

Because as mentioned earlier in the thread your phone number will need to be on a contract plan to be able to setup a linked watch plan.
