&lt;P&gt;Are you connected to WiFi when trying to update? If so, can you try using mobile data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have any other SIM card installed?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Leanne,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;apologies for the delay,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes it seemed to keep coming up when connected to WIFI and yes I only have the one EE E SIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;are you able to just confirm the most up to date build for an EE ESIM on IPhone so I can check if it matches what I’ve got?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in the meantime I have requested a new ESim to see if that fixes the issues, however no luck&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've just looked at my iPhone 14 Pro Max with an eSIM, and that is showing that I'm on EE 59.0.1.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What is it showing for you?&lt;/P&gt;
