Hi, I've just had a iPhone 13 on contract ( 3 days) and I'm really struggling with how small it is, I'm struggling typing, even visually struggling, will I be able to return it and get a larger handset?

@Darran66 You get a 14 day cooling off period with online or phone sales. You just call customer support and request to return the device. If this was a store sale then unfortunately you do not have a cooling off period. If it was a store sale you could try going back to the store to see if they are willing to help.

Welcome to the community.

@Chris_B is spot on, if you ordered online or over the phone you can return the phone within 14 days if you aren't happy with it.

You don't even need to call to request to return it, you just need to head over to our How can I return a device or SIM bought within the last 14 days page and follow the steps there.
