Tried last night to upgrade as it said I could do an early upgrade for a fee, no issue there, I’ll pay but then it wants to send a verification code…to the number assigned to the watch. Nightmare. Rang up this morning to do it over the phone. Quick enough to take the money off me but I’ve received no email confirmation, or text. Just annoys me because for me it means I have no proof of the early upgrade payment or the order itself. Gone with Rose Gold 46mm though so definitely looking forward to it. It says expect dispatch within 3 days so hopefully it will be 3 days and I’ll receive some sort of communication.

I'm sure there is nothing to worry about with the order if you have spoken with our guides over the phone.

Is the payment showing as pending with your bank?

Did you go through a link to view and accept the contract?

Yes all of it. It’s just me, I just like to have some sort of proof. That’s all.

I know what you mean @LottieLou1990, I'm exactly the same.

It can sometimes take a little bit of time for the confirmation emails to arrive, but it is also worth checking your junk or spam folder in case it has dropped in there.

The main thing is that if you've accepted the contract on the link, that would be the step before them completing the order.

You should be getting a text or email from DPD when they have received the order, but if you've not had anything after the 3 days, give our team another call on 150 and they can check it for you.

First notification I had was from my DPD App. My new 46mm Rose Gold Apple Watch is on my wrist as I type this. It’s beautiful.
