App Issue

Hi All,

Just re-joined EE after a few years with the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
I’m having trouble with the app.
When I login it doesn’t show any kind of plan details.
If I click the link device option and try again it says my device/number is already linked 🤷🏼‍♀️

No app updates to do and I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling too.

Any help appreciated 😄

When you login on the EE Online desktop site, does it show the information?

It does indeed, desktop site works spot on with all the info showing 🤔

Let's see if we can get the app sorted for you, are you using the same email address you placed the order with?

Does this happen to be the same one you had registered for your old EE account?
