@Mdave4588 any orders that were placed before yours for that model spec will have to be for honoured first before you will receive the device that you’ve ordered until then you’ll have to be patient and wait.

@Mdave4588 and anything they do receive will be sent out to anyone who pre-ordered the device. EE cannot magically produce more devices for someone to just jump the queue before everybody else who has ordered before them, you’re going to have a little wait before you can actually get one if you don’t order one now. You’ll not get one for a few weeks yet.
