My BT contract came up for renewal and I’ve been switched to EE. Ever since then (it’s been a month now) I have been unable to send emails, although I can still receive them. No one on the tech teams on the helpline has been able to solve this. They said they would call back within 3 days but they didn’t. On the BT website page I get a red warning message to say that I’m not the registered account holder and my iPhone keeps giving me pop up messages saying “unable to send messages they passwords don’t match”

I am hoping that someone out there might be able to help???

I don’t know whether to laugh or cry!!!

BT is my internet provider

I can’t send emails on the BT webpage either, it is not coming up with a button that says “compose “

my iPhone keeps telling me my password is incorrect
