Apple Watch Series 9 delivery

I upgraded to the Apple watch series 9 on 30th July and the tracking info on EE has been showing as "Order Dispatched" since 31st July but I still haven't had any notification from DPD about it actually being delivered?

@elliemcneice1 I've just checked our stock of the 45mm Midnight Apple watch S9, it doesn't look like we have any available at the moment, we do have some 41mm Apple watch's in stock at the moment though, would you consider going for that one? Chris S

With this one, it'll depend on what state your order is currently in.

If it's already been dispatched then we'll need to recall this then place a fresh order, or if it's still pending we can just cancel the order and place a new one right away.

If you get in contact with our customer care team, they'll be able to say for sure where we're at with your current order, and go ahead and helping you swap to a different size should you wish.

It has been saying it's been dispatched since 31st July. The watch is pay
monthly added on to my phone bill. Is there any indication of when it will
be back in stock?

@elliemcneice1 We don't appear to have an estimated date from the manufacturer at the moment.
The 41mm are out of stock now too, so it would be best to retain your current order for now.
Thank you for your patience with this.

If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend downloading the DPD app so that you receive notification and tracking for the package.
