Do you know any friends or relatives who use EE with a 5G phone? Or live near an EE store?

Try your existing SIM in one of their phones, for a real-world test of whether that's the issue.

Welcome to the community,

How old is your SIM card? If you have had it for many years, then you would need a replacement SIM card, I had to do this four years ago when I got my IPhone 12 Pro Max.

Is it just in one place or everywhere?

It looks like you may need a replacement SIM card. You can ring customer service and they should be able to let you know, or if near an EE high street store you can go there with photo ID.

You can do one of two things, either ring customer service and ask for a replacement SIM card , but that takes anything from 2-4 working days depending on post or go to an EE high street store with a photo ID.
