so this would be in advance of the new iphones releasing next month. i would want to upgrade to one of them. I believe Apple would charge 389. how much would EE deduct for a iPhone 15 pro max cracked screen?

So I was very stupid and took my screen protector off for a day and sod’s law means there is now a crack in the glass. i am wondering if it is worthwhile to get the screen fixed via Apple Store or somewhere else - I am probably two months away from my upgrade and was just weighing up how EE might price that VS other places. any advice appreciated!

Hey there @TheSpoilerTsar

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community 😊

I know that pain all too well, the exact same happened to me the day I took my case off my iPhone 4 many moons ago!

With this one, were you thinking if you repair the phone you'll trade it in right away once repaired and go for upgrade anytime.

Or if you chose to pursue a repair, would you be looking to keep the phone and wait until your normal upgrade date?

Thanks for confirming that @TheSpoilerTsar

I can't believe it's almost that time of year again, I'm due an upgrade soon too so I can't wait to see what Apple have in store!

The penalty for a damaged device will depend on the model of phone you're using at the moment.

If you reach out to our customer care team, they'll be able to get this checked out for you, and make sure we've looked at all of your options too 😊
