    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered a new phone (NOT an upgrade) the phone has arrived but no SIM. Does this get sent separately? I’ve just moved from a different network to EE so I’m assuming I don’t use my old one even though I’ve requested to use old phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Does the delivery note you received with the phone in the bag show a SIM listed on there?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A physical SIM should be sent on a new order unless you had otherwise opted to use an eSIM at the point of purchase. In which case you would have a QR code sent with the phone to scan in place of a physical SIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
