Not sure why anyone is asking on here as it’s nothing to do with EE until you can rule out the beta firmware. Perhaps you should be downgrading back to 17. Oh just remember you can not reinstall any backup you might have from 18, you need to have a 17 backup. I do hope you have this if you decide to go back to 17.

Yeah I’m also on IOS beta 18.1 Ai version and I’m also constantly getting disconnects, reported to apple through the feedback app and there response was it’s working as it’s designed to. I accept the bugs and glitches with betas, so all we can do is soldier on now. Update to IOS 18.1 AI should be out in few days. Also turning RCS off doesn’t help as I’ve tried that. I’ve also tried a network reset and that didn’t do anything to help

Just out of curiosity is your daily device on the EE network and does that have this problem ? because you don’t say you just bring up the beta software/device having this issue. So if that has no issue what does that say.

At a guess 18.1 will be the version on the next iPhone when it becomes available it’ll not launch with 18. Apple now have a software launch and then a few weeks later the iPhone launch.

Beta 18.1 Ai version is a version after beta version 18.3 so there is no where anyone can update to I’m afraid. It’s complicated as apple as released 2 different betas at same time. The normal IOS 18 beta and the IOS 18 AI beta.

I also know that OS 18.1 is not available for the public yet. This is normal and I have seen it every year.

Well, I might have to wait until after my holiday in middle of September before I can apply for the IPhone 16 Pro Max and IWatch 10, unless by small chance it is out before then, which I doubt!

Some do not check for updates if on beta, as beta 3 is available in my opinion.
