Did you log in before ordering it? I suspect that may be why, as you need to add it as an add-on. By the way, the watch has its own number for account purposes, but will link with your phone.

Just tried to get an Apple Watch to pair with my phone and EE website says I need PAC code, I don’t want to loose service on my phone so am reluctant to send this code over, please advise

Hello @Suzinic78 ,

Welcome to the community,

Not sure why it is asking for a PAC code, that is only if you are moving to another network and wanted to keep your number.

Where is it asking for a PAC code? Are you with EE with your phone, as you cannot otherwise get an Apple Watch from EE website.

Hello, I’m with EE since March and have waited until I could add a watch to my account.
It asked for the code when going through checkout. I stopped until I had more information
Sent from my iPhone
