I have an Apple Watch that has its own plan and number but doesn’t receive calls or texts to that number. Infact when I try to call it, it says I’ve dialled an incorrect number. How can I separate it from my iPhone so it’s a completely different device/number? Is setting the watch up for a family member the only way?

When you took this out, do you know if you selected the Personal Paired, or Family Member plan?

Personal Paired is designed to share your main phone number so you can receive calls and messages whilst you're away from your phone.

The other number displayed in your app is purely for billing purposes.
