I have an existing Apple Watch plan and need to add it to my Apple Watch. How do I do this?

@Bradleyu280 When you unpair your old Apple Watch your given the option to retain the plan, when you setup the new watch you’ll be given the option to add that plan to the new watch.

I had this plan on my Apple Watch but there was an issue so I removed it. I would like to add it again. I have been paying for the plan for months and it doesn’t work.

That’s ridiculous if I can’t add the watch sim to the watch without calling customer services who are closed right now.

@Bradleyu280 , have you been able to speak to customer service this morning and have they sorted it for you?

Unfortunately, customer service does not work all night, except for reporting lost or stolen items, as this is very important.

150 is the way to go - I've always had to call them to complete my previous upgrades. They need your new watch's EID to move everything over.
