      <title>iPhone 15 "Black screen of death"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an iPhone 15 pro which I got two weeks ago. Today, whilst using the EE app, the screen went black. I've researched. The apple logo does not appear after the forced restart, I get a faint pulse from the device. Initially after I connected my device to my Mac book, I was offered an update for the device. This failed to complete and an update hasn't been offered since. Is this a problem for EE to solve or apple?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
