Hi,

My lost phone is now found please can my old one be unblocked?

Also, please can the replacement be returned via Dpd. Would like

to return to my old contract terms too if possible.

My mobile has been found. Please could you let me know how to unblock the old one

and cancel order of a replacement. I can't call or message via mobile as it's blocked,

so can't download the app.
