The address on there must match the account address&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You've not said what CS attempted by means of a fix.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For clarity, are you saying that your phone is not displaying network coverage? And that the menu option to perform a manual network search is missing?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I see no evidence to conclude the SIM is the cause of the issue yet. Does your SIM work in another phone? If it does, it can't be at fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
