topic Sim card in Apple Devices

Recently got an iPad and the sim was working just fine and suddenly stopped. Tried switching it with my phone sim and the new sim worked in my phone and the phone sim in the iPad. Switched back and again the iPad wasn’t showing anything for the sim. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hi @Rhys793

Welcome to the community.

Do you get any error messages when the iPad SIM is in the iPad?

Nope, nothing at all. Doesn’t say NO SIM or anything just a blank space where the network/signal would usually be.

OK, thanks @Rhys793

That seems really strange. I recommend speaking with our Technical Support team so they can run through some troubleshooting with them. Mention those SIM-swaps that you did too, it should help them with the diagnosis.
Chris
