Hi guys im having trouble with my phone so last week I erased everything from my phone but no it’s saying no service and I can’t get my ee to work again. My phone calls and texts won’t work outside because I don’t have data please help me

Calls & texts don't need data, but they do need mobile network coverage - does your phone show service?

Does "erased everything" include an eSIM? You need a SIM in your phone to connect to a mobile network, be it physical or electronic. Does your phone have a SIM in it?

Yh it does and it doesn’t have no service but my family says that ee people has blocked it or suspended it

@Kenzo6 as it says no service you may have accidentally converted your SIM to and ESIM which would de-activate your SIM. It may be worth your contract holder to get a replacement SIM provided for your number which should fix your issue.
