WIFI Calling

Yesterday my WIFI calling stopped working. I have rebooted my router (BT Broadband), rebooted the phone, removed the wifi connection and reset up. I have turned airplane mode on and turned wifi back on - when I do this and try to make call it says, turn off airplane mode to make a call. My other iphone is working fine.

Are both phones running the same iOS version?

Hi, no the one working is on 16.1.1 and the other 17.4.1

@Pgg2 what model iPhones are they?

I am guessing the one still on 15.1.1 is quite old, which may be the problem?
