iphone15 switches to SOS mode randomly throughout the day

Hi,

I have an iPhone 15 - on EE in the UK. Every now and then, around 5-10 times a day is just loses connection and switched to SOS mode. then after about 10 seconds it comes back, getting quite annoying!

I've tried all the recommended steps - and it still happens.

Anyone else have this issue? Or know how to sort it?? Will be popping in to the Apple Shop as soon as I can

Which steps have you tried? Have you checked our network status checker to see if we're aware of any issues in your area?

tried that - happens in areas where there is good signal. Maybe an issue with the Sim Card?
