&lt;P&gt;If you go to settings on your IPhone, then scroll down to Messages, check that Text Message Forwarding and that your IPad is included .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have an iPad Pro on a monthly contract. I am able to use the data fine but when I try to send an SMS it shows a red exclamation and not delivered sign. M&lt;SPAN&gt;y iMessages are sending fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1706407"&gt;@RCHX1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you don’t have an iPhone then you can not send texts Messages on an iPad. &amp;nbsp; The text feature is setup via iCloud and it actually sends via your iPhone when using the iPad. &amp;nbsp;as no iPad can send text messages. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
