    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4327998"&gt;@Beauty85&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; If you go to settings/general/about and scroll down to Network Provider Lock. &amp;nbsp;Does it say “no network restrictions ? &amp;nbsp; If it doesn’t then the device isn’t network unlock to use on any network and you need to contact the network provider that device came from to request it to be unlocked. &amp;nbsp;this device wasn’t from EE or it’ll work with your EE sim. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Thats why you’ve got the message saying “ Sim not supported” &amp;nbsp; It’s not supported as the device is still locked to a network that’s not EE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I mistakenly clicked the reset button on my iPhone 8 Plus, , now it’s showing Sim not supported , what should I do? I have tried another Sim and it’s still the same. Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
