Hi I went to Ee shop two weeks ago my new iPhone 15 text was big and wanted Ee to sort it out they said we can’t not got the equipment here so go to a phone repair shop . Why do I pay insurance. I’m not happy with Ee been with them for years

Did you send it for repair? There is a way to change the font size in an iPhone.

@Autumn070615 Why don’t you just change the text size yourself? Setting>Display & Brightness>Text Size.
