Hi, I’m about to change phone but require the full history of my existing phone before I do so. I require the last 12 months of history. Can anyone advise the best process to achieve this.

You'll never get a history of your data usage, like What'sApp.

You could submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) by using the online GDPR Form. That should include outgoing calls & texts. It normally takes up to a month but could take up to 3 months.
