I have not been able to make calls from my iPhone for over a week now, due to what is called a”single user fault”. Customer services have put several notes over to the “Tech” department to try to lift the restriction but no joy so far. I am in and out of hospital for treatment on a regular basis and cannot depend on other people to lend me a phone to make a call. Does anyone know of an issue like this taking so long?
