Hello @T146 ,

Welcome to the community,

Were you previously using an ESim or a physical SIM card?

If you were using a physical SIM card previously, do you still have it? If so, you do not need to use a new SIM card.

Did you make sure that it was a replacement SIM card you asked for?

If you having something like Skype, you can ring customer service for free:

08000798586

Can your husband not ring or use his phone to ring customer service? You can use the number I have given you here to ring them on any phone, at no cost.

New iPhone bought 31/12/23 which had a faulty right side button had it repaired 11/2/24 had to get ee to send me a sim as the iPhone 15 hasn’t got one. Unfortunately can’t get it to work. Unfortunately it’s my iPhone I pay the bill but my husband is the account holder. EE shops won’t help as my husband has no photo id and passport just ran out. Cannot speak to an advisor human any help would be appreciated Tina.
