@Alley4 on mine it is the shortcut to switch the torch on/off - you can alter it in the Control Centre.

@Alley4 If you open Settings>Accessibility>Touch. Is AssistiveTouch enabled ? If it is turn it off.

Perhaps you could post a screenshot of your lock screen
