      <description>&lt;P&gt;There's two ways you can locate a lost phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1: If you have already enabled location-finding services from Apple or Google, use those. They often include an option to override any "silent" or "DND" modes. You can't enable this remotely, that would be impossible by nature of remote access being off.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2: Call the phone and listen for the ringtone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;EE CS have no means to locate the phone other than by the above two methods.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
