Iphone Keypad not working

When I call voicemail or 150 the key pad on my iPhone 14 isn't being recognised by the system - so I'm unable to choose any options. Is there a fix for this? I've tried restarting my phone.

Are you using a screen protector. Does this issue happen with other apps.

It's fixed now. The problem seems to be that there are two numbers to dial into voicemail. One of the numbers was causing the problem. When I dialled in using 22204 the keypad worked fine.
