I'm sorry to hear you don't have a signal. We'll do our best to get you reconnected if you can answer the following questions.

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Are you only having this problem in one location or everywhere?

Are you able to make calls when connected to WiFi? ( With WiFi Calling turned on in your settings)

I am on pay as you go and it’s happening in all locations and yes I can use
Wi-fi call when it’s turn on--

@Ginger1_8 Sound like a device issue. If Wi-Fi calling is working then the sim is working so it’s a cellular connection problem and if it’s all locations. ( these need to be a few miles apart ) then the device isn’t connecting to the network. Have you tried a network reset on the device?
