@Beebee5 When you pass the credit check. No one on this forum knows who you are. You’ll have to speak with customer services about this.

EE check Experian, Equifax and TransUnion when they conduct a credit check. To be sure, you would need to go through the process as if you wanted to purchase a device, and then follow through with the credit check.
