Placed an order but no confirmation email?

I think I've upgraded my phone but no confirmation email has been sent to me so I'm not sure if the order went through or not.

I've waited about three hours but not had anything deliver to my email or spam.
The phone was the iPhone 15 pro max, there wasn't any delays mentioned on the EE app where I actioned the upgrade?

Hi Leanne, I still haven't had a confirmation come through, it was the 256gb in natural titanium (15 pro max)

this happened the last time I upgraded as well and it's a nightmare being left in the dark

The current delivery estimate for that device is to expect dispatch within 3 days.

DPD will be in touch when they have received your order with tracking details for the delivery.
