Not Received Order reference number and order confirmation mail

Hello,

I have ordered iphone 15 pro max and order has been successfully placed, but i have not received any confirmation mail nor any reference number to track my order, and upfront amount has been also deducted from my account. I also check my spam and juck mail box there is no any email. I am so much in stress now kindly sort this matter asap.

Thanks for letting me know @Lofty1403 After the order was completed, the end screen would have displayed an XKO number, did you get to the point where an XKO reference was displayed on the screen?

No the screen was blank it took the upfront payment and I’ve had no confirmation or anything

My screen also went blank after paying for the order so what do I do and do I know it has been placed

I checked my bank balance and found the money had been taken

I paid for an order but did not receive a confirmation email or the order reference number as my screen just went blank

Hi @Supremepenzura

Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide can check your order went through correctly.
They will be able to give you the order confirmation number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.

If the order didn't complete correctly they can process the order for you.

Just so you know, the upfront payment you made at the time of your order was only a pre-authorisation for the payment, which is held as "pending" with your bank. If the order did not complete we will not take the payment, so your bank/card issuer will automatically release the Pending Payment back to your account. They usually do this after 10 working days.
