New phone won't send or receive calls

My new i phone won't send or receive calls from anywhere. I have switched on wifi calling but that still doesn't work.

I am receiving emails etc, I can go online, I just can't make or receive calls.

My sim card does work in another phone.

I am not a new customer to EE and everything worked fine with my old phone.

If the SIM works in another phone but not in this one, that suggests a phone fault.

Where did you purchase this new phone from? If it was EE telesales or web-sales, you should contact them to report this - https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/fix-problem/i-have-a-problem-with-my-device
