Hey 👋

Assuming this is for a PM contract.

If you wish to change your mobile number you will need to contact customer services by calling 150 from your EE phone (or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone).

It can be subject to a charge of 36 pounds depending on the reason for the change, for example harassment calls etc.

If pay as you go then you’re probably better off using your remaining credit and obtaining a new SIM card with a new number.
