    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded from a SIM only deal to a phone and SIM deal with EE. I have not received my new phone yet but all of a sudden my current phone will not make or receive calls. I am unable to contact EE through the 150 number as it just beeps 3 times and cuts out - same when I try every other phone number. EE has no chat function on its website so I have no way of contacting them to fix this other than write a letter...really?!?! I now have no way of anyone calling me or me calling them, and no way of contacting EE to fix this. Totally unacceptable!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
