Hi.

not sure if anyone else has this problem. When I use WhatsApp for a call the sound is fine. However when I use a voice call the sound is very low and I struggle to hear.

I’ve checked all volumes etc.

any ideas?

"Calls" made over apps such as WhatsApp or Messenger are not handled by the telecoms network as calls but as data traffic.

Are you using 4G calling, WiFi-calling or legacy 2G/3G for your voice calls? There should be an indicator next to your coverage meter.

Does the low volume happen with all callers, or just particular ones?

im using 5G calling and when at home, it’s over wifi calling but it’s the same for every voice call
