Hi. Just got a phone off EE and got 2 add ons apple care and cyber security. How do I activate these/ know these are active as when I go in app they want me to pay for them again but I’ve already got them in my order.

@Jamiec09efc Apple care is part of your insurance you took out with the device. You’ll get insurance information through the post, it’ll take a few days before you get it. Did you take out insurance?

Check your add ons to see if cyber security is there.

I took out damage care with apple car services. Cyber security isn’t there yet so may take a day or to maybe.

@Jamiec09efc It should be there already. If it’s not displayed in add ons it’s not been applied. You can still do this as it’s a paid for extra.
