Hello, I purchased an add-on of the Apple Air Pods in April 2020. They’re now having issues with sound quality/crackling and have been diagnosed as such by an Apple in store appointment.
Could I ask anyone who’s best placed where I stand with any potential cover I may be able to challenge EE on for replacement / covering costs to be replaced ?

Thank you,

Josh
