How long does iCloud take to load on a new phone I’m currently 24 hours in and it’s still loading so I have no phone to use unless I use internet on the old device, when will I be able to use my new phone I’m paying for

Which iPhone are you using? Are you able to access any of the menus? Does it show a mobile signal anywhere?

@Amyhubbard2210 Your backup to your new device and then length of time that takes depends on how much has to be transferred to your device. Not sure why you think you need to mention about payments as your backup and the amount of time that’s taking has nothing todo with EE. iCloud backups and iCloud are an Apple product and have nothing to do with EE or what your paying for.

try switching the device off and reboot it. It sounds like its got stuck.
