Have you recently dropped your phone?

If someone calls you does it still ring just with a blank screen?

Have you tried a soft reset?

Hi. It’s completely dead. I put it in charge and came back to it in a
couple of hours and found it like that. I am not sure how to do a soft
reset

To soft reset please follow these steps:

Press and quickly release the Volume up button > press and quickly release the Volume down button > press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.

Could you try calling from another phone or through a VoIP service, such as Skype, @Jebarker?

I have tried using my husband’s phone but can’t get to actually speak to anyone to explain. It’s very frustrating

@Jebarker Watch THIS so you know exactly on how you should be doing this. You have to get it just right or it’ll not work.
