EE has never claimed to be the cheapest network, if price is your primary factor then you will be better off with another provider.

Make sure that the coverage & service on any possible new provider suits you in the areas you'll want to use your phone, before switching - you may find EE CS are able to offer you an account-specific price for an upgrade if you call them on 150.
