You can book your Annual MOT with an EE Store near you in the My EE app.

I am trying to book an annual check up and all goes ok until it asked me to tick I’m over 18 and then it moves to a new page and it just shows an error message and asks me to try again. I’ve tried and tried and it won’t work?

You can book your annual MOT for your phone within your My EE account.

I am having the same problem as the person above it keeps showing the error message and saying to try again, I’ve had my contract for two years so should definitely be able to go and get my phone checked out.

Having same issue.

Cannot find where to book

The app takes you to browser and no navigation to where to book. Did search and nothing

If you call us on 150 the team can help you book the MOT at the nearest EE Store that offers this service 🙂
